There could never be a big enough section to cover all the questions out there that may arise throughout all of the different circumstances people are going through when scheduling an appointment for appliance repair. What is the charge for going to your home to diagnose?

A very important question for anyone needing appliance repair in Colorado springs. We charge a very low price of just $95 for our service charge, our 2nd appliance charge is $45 and all beyond that are just $40 to diagnose. The service charge is waived with any repair totaling $95 or more in parts & labor. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept many different payment methods. While cash is of course always preferred, we do accept all credit/debit cards, Venmo, check (with verification), etc.

Where do you source replacement parts?

We primarily use one distributor for all of our part orders as they provide prompt and reliable service should an issue arise with your parts delivery, and they are also the biggest distributor in the industry. However we do have accounts with multiple other distributors for obtaining out of stock or abnormal parts.

What type of services do you offer?

We offer in home repair services to many appliances, as well as maintenance care. Please reach out to us if you aren't sure if we offer the repair services you require.

What do you specialize in?

Appliance repair today is an industry of many different machines and manufacturers, specializing in one sole area would be very limiting to the amount of people we could potentially service for. With our knowledge and resources, we are confident in our ability to solve whatever unfamiliar issue is thrown at us.

What is the warranty provided with your service?

Our warranty is well above industry standard. We offer a 30 day warranty on our service charge, honoring that even if it is something completely different with your appliance that has malfunctioned. The labor entailed with any repair is warrantied for 100 days. With parts, all manufacturers offer different warranties. Most expire within 90 days, however we offer a 1 year warranty minimum for parts on most repairs regardless of what is given from the manufacturer. Maintenance parts (drum rollers, idlers, suspension, etc.) don't receive the same warranty as other parts due to the nature in which they may fail. What kind of process does your service consist of?

We try to make the process as easy as possible for you. Sometimes our process consists of two visits, the initial one being to diagnose and the next to complete the needed repair. We stock many common parts as we know you'd like your appliance up and running asap. Once we determine what needs to be repaired or replaced, we give you a breakdown of the cost to repair.
